Shipping

The K Novinger team will do it’s best to process and ship all orders placed before 3pm EST Monday through Friday for in-stock items that same day.  Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Tuesday. K Novinger Jewelry does not ship on National Holidays.  Saturday delivery is available via special request for next day orders placed on Friday.  We do not ship to PO Boxes.

For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 12PM ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday will arrive on Monday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped UPS 2 day. We do not ship to international or P.O. addresses.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. K Novinger Jewelry cannot be responsible for return merchandise prior to our receipt. We therefore suggest that you insure all parcels. Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.

Holiday Shipping

For deliveries before Christmas, the shipping deadlines for in-stock items are:

  • December 17th for UPS Ground (note: UPS Ground shipments are not guaranteed between December 13th to the 25th )
  • December 21st for UPS 3rd day
  • December 22nd for UPS 2nd day Air
  • December 23rd for UPS Next day Air

Holiday Return Policy

We will accept returns on jewelry purchased online in December until the following month end of January.  If you are not happy with your purchase or wish to exchange it, please return it to us in unworn, pristine condition and in its original packaging for a refund or credit.

Shipping Your Package

We recommend shipping merchandise for return via Fed Ex or UPS for tracking purposes. We also recommend that you request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. We will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled.  Please call or email us for a Return Authorization form before shipping any item to our store.  This will ensure all proper procedures are done.
