- While we do not repair watches, we are able to change batteries and adjust bands for most watch styles. If we’re unable to do it ourselves or you need more intricate work attended to, we have a fabulous watch maker we can recommend. Never hesitate to stop in and see how we can help!
Do We Sell Moissanites and Lab Grown Diamonds?
- Absolutely! We hand select these stones, just like our mined diamonds, and our jewelers are able to set them right here in our store. Whether you’re looking for an engagement ring or a simple set of studs, we’re excited to provide a full range of options. We know many people have questions about the differences of these stones, our staff is excited to educate you on any and all stones!
Do We Carry Silicone Wedding Bands?
- We do! We carry styles from both the ENSO and QALO brands at this time. We do not have these on our website, mostly because sizing with these bands is a bit different. We suggest stopping by to try them on! Don’t hesitate to reach out with questions.
Do We Sell Jewelry Cleaner and Silver Polishing Cloths?
- Of course! We have exclusive K Novinger Jewelry cleaners and cloths for all your needs! If you’ve ever been impressed with how clean your jewelry is after stopping in, you’ll be glad to know you can buy the same solution right in our store. We’re always here to clean and check your jewelry for free as well!
Do We Appraise Jewelry?
- Right here in our store! Our owner is a certified Graduate Gemologist and is able to perform fully certified appraisals on site. We can also help sort through jewelry to determine which pieces may need to be appraised (this can be helpful with estate pieces or full collections) Please contact us for pricing! **appointments must be made for these services, please contact us for more details**
Do We Offer Financing?
- YES! We know many jewelry purchases can be intimidating. Not only do we offer financing, but we’ll also allow you to pay for custom pieces in increments as they are created. Repairs only need to be paid for in full upon pickup. We also offer layaway. Basically, tell us what you need, and we’ll find a way to make it work!
Do We Sell Men’s Jewelry?
- We have a full collection of men’s wedding bands in store and are able to create and source more depending on your vision. While our selection of other men’s fine + fashion jewelry in store is not large, we are able to bring in all different styles just for you! We’re happy to pull in different options of chains, bracelets, rings, etc. free of charge for you to browse and choose from.
How Long Do Repairs Take?
- This answer varies depending on the time of year, the difficulty of the job, and how many pieces we are currently working on. When you drop off a repair with us, we will be able to give you a timing estimate! If you’d like to know before coming in, contact us and we can let you know our current lead time. Need it sooner? We do offer a rush fee option on most jobs as well!
Do We Offer Gift Wrapping?
- YES! We love to provide beautifully wrapped gifts. If you’re shopping in store just let our staff know. If buying online, please let us know in the “notes” section at checkout if you’d like your gift wrapped – we’re happy to include a hand-written card as well!
